few days back visited the Site .

Liked the Project very much and looking for 2 bhk.

Sales Person said 2 bhk is sold out in phase II and we are going to launch Phase III and the tentative prices will be @7000 on carpet.

I like the their concept of Selling on Carpet .

No loading on carpet but the are loading on Rates..........

Does it really worth?????????............

Can anyone let me know the progress of the project? Status of Phase 2 & 3...Phase 1 I heard starte with people staying.

Check the size of rooms - a 3BHK in this project is smaller than 2BHK in decent quality project - well, pricing on carpet means u know exactly what u get for what u pay but then room sizes are small...not worth the price !!

I agree with few comments earlier, the room sizes are small. Overall carpet size too is very small. The select Spanish fittings/structure overall wasn't to my liking.

Moreover, for the location and the flat sizes, the quoted price of 8300psf (garden facing) sounds extremely high.

just received a quote of 7700 psft (on carpet) for phase III. 1BHK is sold at premium of 8400/- (which is only £100 per sqft

I don't think they are charging nething extra ordinary over here..the rate is for carpet..

if u tk built up area rate for this..then it comes out to be Rs 5390 psf..which is d same rate goin on in that area...rather i guess rate mite b around 6000 bear balewadi stadium...

Can neone cnfrm the rate goin on in that area..near highway nr VITS hotel/Balwadi stadium???

Aldea is not in municipal corporation limits, and still if psqf cost is what you mentioned its really high. Madhuban project (on the other side of highway and in corporation limits) has ready possession flats in 5200 per sq ft cost which he was willing to negotiate.
