Considering to buy a plot in pune, need advice.

Aditya Nissarg

Umchav,

I have purchased a plot in Aditya Nissarg,

I have registered the agreement to sale in Sep,10.

The sale deed is in progress, my experience with Aditya builder is reasonabally satisfactory. The facilities have come up well. Raheja is also selling the row houses just before this scheme. If you wish to purchase now, check the availability of right size plot ( the remaining plots are of almost triagular and of bad size). Also consider when you would like to construct and in my view time horizon should be at least after three years.

Thanks for your reply and advice. do you have an plot owners forum, where u discuss problems faced by owners. I have talked to the builder and visited the site. Can i have your email address, if u do not mind, if i need some advice i can contact u.

If you are referring to Eiffel Malabar, it is not Residential NA, it is Godown NA classification.

Need advice for prospectus buyers who are interested to purchase the plot in this project.
