Would these Builders ever leave some land for some fresh breathing?

Khed Shivapur, Shirval, Ambegaon, Ravet,
all suburbs and not-so suburbs being brutally sharked by the Builders ...

Hey Bhagwan, Kya hoga iss Pune ka?

Why buy in an unheard of place which wont see the light of development for the next 4-5 yrs? Do people have so much surplus money in pune?

its all about money honey !!!!!
these schemes are not for mere mortal people who are still in search for their first home.
such schemes are only for people with 40/50 laks dumped in their bank accounts, gathering dust.

This Teak County is a very old scheme. I remember seeing the entrance gate of Teak County a year ago on the highway. Even I was surprised to see the Ad about its launch last week. Few months back, they were quoting 21L for 2BHK bungalow.

Instead of amenities, you should be more worried about infrastructure around it. Its more important to have good hospitals, markets, schools, etc around you instead of having a swimming pool and skating rink

But projects like this one are for investors or weekend/second home buyers who would be visiting there once in a month or so with their guests, family members as a picnic. Why would they require schools, markets, hospitals??

Ha ha True Nitesh, guess lazybone is staying true to his username, and not reading the property description. Arguing a price is other thing and arguing the purpose behind is another! I agree, rather thatn schools markets, other things like connectivity and proximity to picnic places should be priorities for weekend homes.
