And this is why it is risky to buy in an area which is driven by a single theme - IT. This is true for bangalore as whole but more so for east bangalore -- ORR, Sarjapur, whitefield.

I think IT-centric property markets will provide good opportunities in the not so distant future.

Hell, I'll go a step further and predict there will be opportunities galore in all RE markets in India in the not so distant future.
