        Good day!!
        My office is in magarpatta and I am planning to buy flat in pune.
        As my budget is low 45 to 50 ,I cant find good options near by
        Have been searching for properties near by porwal road as those are seems to be in my range.
        specifically few projects like 7th heaven, shree nidhi.
        but I am not sure about appreciation,water/Electricity issues in that area.
        if you can provide any inputs here it would be great help for me.

        Is it good to buy a flat in Pammal, Shankar Nagar through bank loan? The area is 903 sq ft (which includes 24% of carpet area in it) for 52 lakhs and also includes all EB, registration and GST.

        What will be the resale value for that flat after 30 yrs? That flat contains 8 units and the building is of three floors.

        One of the developers and an influential person by the outlook was put up in my prop as a tenant a year ago. He hasn't paid my rent dues on account of Covid. Considering Covid and business slow down I already considered a delay by 12 months but now he has vacated my prop and blocked my number without any commitment on pending payout. Pls suggest how to deal with this one.

        Hi All,

        I am looking for a residential apartment for self use and my area of interest is around Hinjewadi due to my job location. Areas that I have considered is Wakad, Tathawade, Hinjewadi phase 1. Three bedroom apartment Properties in this area ranges some where around 80-85. Which is slightly on the higher side as per my budget.

        However if I see in punavale similar 3Bhk ranges 65-70. Although Punavale is growing fast and I see a lot of development on coming here but I see Metro coming to hinjewadi is a huge plus point.

        So guys can you suggest what should be the best decision Money Vs Connectivity.

        l have been looking into properties nearby lT parks in East Pune for investment purpose and found this one. Builder is reputed.
        Location of this property is also good considering magarpatta, eon, kalyani nagar is quite reachable but the property exact location isn't that great. lt comes after taking the service road which is not wide and there are no good projects around it.
        Since l am not in India l can not visit myself to see the ground situation. Has anyone visited this property? Can you please share your reviews?
        Any other property that you think in near by area that you recommend for around 65L?

        Has anyone booked an Apartment in Casagrand Utopia in Manapakkam, Chennai?? I had visited Casagrand Utopia in Manapakkam recently and planning to book a flat.

        The project consists of 673 houses (2/3/4 BHK elite and signature blocks) on 10 acres. Ground plus 4 floors design with underground parking.
        UDS 40% & carpet area 60% of saleable area.

        They claim to complete construction and handover by Aug 2022.
        quoting a price of 5000 per sqft.

        The price and location look attractive with upcoming IT parks nearby.

        I would like to get some reviews about

        1) The builder
        2) Their construction quality
        3) Pros & cons of the location.
        4) Flood situation

        I am a first time Home buyer appreciate your guidance.

        Last year i bought a house. At the time of booking the unit there was an empty land about 50 metres away from the house. In another 2 years the house will be ready. The problem is that empty land now alloted for graveyard. My family members start worrying to move there. Do I can do anything legally. As it's new graveyard not yet started. Please help me out.
