Can we extend our existing house with open terrace
We have flat in 2nd floor with open terrace opposite to our flat. Entire building belongs to us.
In ground floor we have 1 flat , 2 flats in first floor and 1 flat with terrace in 2nd floor.
is it legal to extend the 2nd floor flat with the terrace. Will it cause any structural problems? -

Property Card -Procedure to obtain a NEW property card for Co-operative Housing Society member.
Hello Friends,
We have a plot (+ almost 30 years old bungalow built by my parents on that plot) in a Co-operative Housing Society (CHS) in Pune. The plot and bungalow are in my parent's name, and we want to transfer the title to us (myself and my sister) for future redevelopment since both of our parents are no more. The CHS shares and property tax record at PMC are in our parent's name.
Having said, I tried Googling "procedure to obtain new Property Card" and came up with nothing relevant. Only hit which comes to being relevant is this site where you can view the property card https://bhulekh.mahabhumi.gov.in
I was told Property Card is a fairly new concept (introduced 4 years back) and it is needed for needed for any property related transaction.
Secretary of the society told us the property card is in society's name (and so is 7/12) and no member has applied for a NEW property card in their name(s) and hence he is NOT aware of the procedure to get an individual property card.
Can you PLEASE help me in this regard?

I am 30 years old, working in IT company Yerwada. I am looking for my fisrt home in Pune. I shortlisted two areas Moshi and Waghali. After some research I am in but favour of Moshi due to traffic and water conditions of Wagholi.
I am looking for 2bhk with builtup area around 1000sqft. When I explores few projects in Moshi, I didn't found anything attractive.
I am prefering Moshi-alandi road or alandi-dighi road.

My key parameters are mentioned below 1) Safety including Night safety
2)Police petrolling
3)Good Dr and Hospitals
4)Good development i.e Grocery shops, medical n hotel in nearby area.
If not Baner can anyone please guide for decent location to stay in pune i.e which area would be preferable.
