        We are planning to sell 2 homes in Delhi , one in name of my father & other in name of my grandmother . After realising capital from both houses , we will purchase one property in Noida in my name . My query is if any tax will be applicable in this scenario ? or whats the way out to avoid taxes ?

        If i sell Property (House/flat/plot) in Faridabad and buy Property in Noida or Delhi, how much Stamp duty i have to pay? Will i get any relaxation?

        Should i match my selling price to that of Buying price? Is there a time frame to complete selling and buying deals to avail relaxation in Stamp duty?

        Guys I had sold my old house and want to purchase commercial property(Office) in gurgaon. From selling house I got 20L white cheque payment.... Now If i use this 20L for commercial property(Office) then there is no issue ?

        Please Help what to do ? Someone told me I can't purchase commercial property(Office) with house selling profit ? I need to pay tax for it.

For others, owning an independent house or a row house, or if the pocket allows, a bungalow, is like owing a piece of their own heaven on earth. Well, there can be a lot to be argued about for both have their ups and downs when considering their short term and long term perspectives.

        There is a lot to be considered before going for the buy. Just to name a few:
        1) Your family (relatives) around you and your social indulgences
        2) You own family strength (number of people)
        3) Nature of work / business
        4) Available Finances

        Well, there are many such factors to be considered at the initial stage.

        What do you feel about them? Given the opportunity, what would you prefer - a flat or an independent house?

        I'm looking for 2bhk house in South Delhi and realized that all the houses will not be registered on my name. However, other paper works will be processed. I believe this includes the mutation document (not sure) and sales deed.

        How safe is this? Also, can the owner or the developer legally file a dispute since the house is not registered?

        Planning to invest in PLOTS and Budget is about 1500 per sq.ft..
        btw Vandalur - Kelambakkam Road or GST Road..Which place is more ideal to invest to gain returns in a span of 8-10 years..

        Hardev singh arora of said company having address in burari was paid rs 2 lakh as advance via NEFT on 16/01/2015 for villa supposed to be offered in " ganga view residency" near bhadrabad,haridwar.Time of possesion 5 months presumed to start from 29/01/2015 as per acceptance over email.

        There was no agreement as such except email acceptance.of terms and conditions.

        No possesion of villa is offered in agreed time and so made request for refund OF advance paid.No refund has been done website is ""

      • Pre-Launch Villa Vs. B-Khata Independent House for Investment : Bangalore

        Hello experts,

        The main question - for investment purposes , should I go for an pre-launch villa in a gated community or an already constructed independent house? What are the advantages of each?

        I am in the Bangalore market for an investment upto 1.3 Cr. I am already staying in an owned apartment. This will primarily be an investment for next 7-8 years and potentially move in after that time. So, I want a good house that I would want to live in.

        I have basically 3 options and need to take a loan for any option. Which would be your recommendation?

        1. Villas - Casa Grande Luxus in K R Puram opposite Hebron Enclave - Pre-launch - Possession 2017. 3 BHK villa with 2849 sft UDS comes to 1.48 Cr. Furnishing will be an extra cost. This is out of my budget right now but given that the payment will be construction linked, might be ok.

        What is the rental yield I can expect 3 years from now?

        2. B-Khata independent house - TC Palya main road for 1.2 Cr with an ongoing rental of Rs 30K.

        Given the immediate rentals, I tend to favor the TC Palya independent house. Is the B-Khata a big concern? I should be able to get a loan from private players. Will conversion to A-Khata a big hassle at a later time?

        3. BDA properties in Kasturi Nagar - plot areas are typically 600 sft and close to 1 Cr.

        This sounds an exhorbitant price for such a small plot. Even if I consider a construction/furnishing cost of Rs 1700/sqft, the plot cost comes to be Rs 14K which is very much on the higher side.

        What would be your recommendation?
