There are so many knowledgeable contributors to this forum. Few are optimistic, few are over enthusiastic, few are boasting, others are troublesome, and many are just the readers. Many spend their entire day on IREF forgetting their duties towards family. Hard work of many members have made IREF a great place of RE knowledge sharing, now its time that management of IREF announces the IREF awards and honour their contribution who have made IREF as the only RE website discussing the indepth real estate projects/topics. Traffic on IREF was increasing so high that it required full time members who could turn the moderators.
MANOJa, Sourabh2011,Gharondabhai,MM Bhai, SBajaj, realacres should be in the top list of getting these awards.
Hope to see some +ve replies from IREF management.
I'm not sure if you mean something tangible or some sort of badge or recognition on site but this is something that would be incredibly difficult to do fairly and without leaving anyone out. Further, some percent of the population would disagree with some percent of the choices - and a can of worms would be opened.
Naturally we are most thankful for our community members that are giving back and making this a great place for the future contributors/members/readers. Obviously we are very thankful and proud of our moderator staff as well. However, to try to name names would prove to be very difficult, and even risky.
IREF can consider giving awards (on site only) that will show the accountability based on no. of likes received. I also have one suggestion that every member should be given option to customize their own home page of IREF where he/she can put the direct links to favorite thread & links to the posts by particular members... also IREF can show a display of the ongoing RE news/activities around the country.
Why my post where I referred Ajay33 for award got deleted? Ajay33 has done great job for Kundli/Sonepat region posting articles/ photos. Since I am an investor in Kundli region, I would recommend him for same.
although its a futile exercise still as a mark of appreciation i wud recommend all moderators and "the punjabi" for this award if/when they do exist. not one person more, not one person less.. just these!!
