Yes, If you invest in Rishi Apartments today for 40-42 lacs then u'll get very good returns in near future as many expensive projects are coming on Highway and Rishi got the best location...................Many people are saying that u can get around 55-60 lacs till 2015 for Rishi Apartments..............
I am not sure about Rishi Apartments, last when I saw it didn't particularly give a good impression. I thought that its too close to highway, and when going for Chandigarh you have to go wrong way to take the over bridge to avoid traffic under the bridge.
@niceindy: I kind of agree with you, i went to see ATS and it impressed me a lot. Distance is not much, since I am working in Noida and can visualize that in future distance between CHD- Derabassi will be considered on same note as CHD-Zirakpur today. ATS has got a good brand value in Noida.
My concern with ATS is that Derabassi has industries, how bad is pollution on ATS site?
Hi All....I think people are not getting five star hotel ensuite flats in other projects like Nirmal Chhaya, ORBIT, ROYAL ESATE n lots others in Zirakpur etc. There is only difference of 19-21 in the quality of material used in all the projects in the region. I think most of the true real estate experts will agree with this.
So if the material used is almost same with very minor differences are used in most of the real estate projects in Zirakpur then why don't the people go for affordable and societies which are have flats available for less rates as compare to others.
ORBIT is already near 55 Lacs
ROYALE is also near 55 Lacs
Rishi is still 40-42 Lacs.........n still on the Highway...........that's y Rishi have lot's have re-sales and Enquiries ...........
I am no expert in building construction, only way I can make out quality is by what I see. From all the projects which I have seen I liked ATS the best in this regard, having said that its in the range of 55-60 range. So for such budgets I would recommend ATS, for budgets around 40 Lacs probably there are few decent options and Rishi is one of them.
I have not had a very good experience with my investment in Zirakpur. I invested in Sushma Crescent last year at launch price of 2450 per sq ft. It's been a year and I am finding it difficult to sell. I have 3bedroom 1800 sqft flat. Can I request the senior members to advice on what they think the reason is? Also what is the prospect of the project? I would like to sell it ASAP if anyone interested
